Studio 76, LLC. is founded by Nate Penati, AIA., F.E., LEED AP. and his wife Preeti Swaminathan LEED AP. Nate possesses Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Structural engineering and is duly licensed as architect in the states of Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia. Preeti possesses a Master’s degree in Architecture. Our organization is a full service design-build firm. We are LEED accredited design professionals and EPA lead safe certified - CLASS A licensed contractors. Nate is also a licensed realtor in the state of Virginia.
Together we have combined experience of over 28 years and had worked for some well-known award winning architectural firms. Our mission is to diligently apply skills, talents, and life experiences to the construction of custom homes and fit-outs that adequately meet one’s personal standards and needs.
